Financial news: Did you hear about the new mortgage rate structure? This is going to be a major problem for the mortgage market in time. I don’t think anyone should be penalized for having better credit. I don’t know how the mortgage rate structure will benefit anyone but the banks and certainly not the avg consumer. Most people who have subpar credit scores don’t have the cash to buy a house sadly. This doesn’t make sense, and we hope that it changes over time.
