Post Market Recap Wednesday, Dec. 1st, 2021
The markets got smoked today on the omicron news (omicron delta is an anagram for something, type the answer in the comment section). The markets have been choppy and sloppy all week. The VIX spiked to 31 plus which seems high. I don’t know for sure if we’re going to hold the 50 day moving avg, however, it’s tough to call this the start of the bear market that some are clamoring for. Usually, a lower high and milder VIX play out. This means the market should just drag lower slowly, and when the VIX spikes it usually leads to a bear market bounce. This spike so high on the charts has me thinking it’s a seasonal shakeout. Check the discord room for the notes on such. If you have any questions come on by.
